Each of our individual teams is amongst the best in the sector, with extensive experience and skills, and are available around the clock to provide the best experience possible. 

Leadership Team

The decades of combined experience in the property and serviced-accommodation sectors that the Leadership team brings to the table means, simply, that they know what they’re doing. They’ve been there, done that, so are decisive, efficient and passionate about providing the best service for their clients and guests.

Client Relations Team

Thanks to the expertise of our Client Relations team, our clients are given a highly refined and tailored service that sets us apart in the hospitality sector. Available to discuss corporate housing requirements with clients from a wide range of sectors, our team is unrivalled in the industry.

Client Reservations Team

When it comes to finding the right apartment, whatever your requirements, our Client Reservations team is on hand to talk on the phone or correspond via email to answer all enquiries and questions.

Guest Services Team

Our Guest Services team has service running through their veins. Nothing is too much trouble and each team member will bend over backwards to ensure our clients and guests are not just happy, but ecstatic, about the service they receive.

Property Maintenance Team

The majority of the work that our Property Maintenance team does is behind the scenes, to ensure that our residences remain of the high standard our discerning guests would expect. When our properties are unoccupied, the team is vigilant and fixes whatever needs fixing, so our guests’ stays remain uninterrupted by maintenance issues. In the unlikely event that there’s an issue whilst we have guests in residence, the team will respond swiftly and act professionally at all times.

Housekeeping Team

Prior to a guest arriving at a residence, our Housekeeping team scrubs, polishes, dusts and shines to ensure it’s shipshape and sparkling. The team’s clean-and-tidy standards remain just as particular for the duration of each guest’s stay. Anything required to make that stay more comfortable – whether that’s extra towels, hypoallergenic bedding, more blankets or someone to pop in to do the washing-up – can be arranged with no trouble. With meticulous attention to detail and working to only the highest standards, our Housekeeping team is also fully trained in COVID-19 cleaning and sanitising procedures.
