We stay on top of maintenance issues should they arise, managing them quickly and effectively. If you’re not satisfied with the accommodation we’ve provided, we’ll happily give your money back and you can move elsewhere (subject to terms and conditions).

We can manage single dwellings or entire buildings, be they apartment blocks or houses. Regardless of the number of properties we look after, every owner and every guest is assured of personal attention. We are nothing without our owners and guests and we know that. An additional service designed for guests looking for something ‘extra’, it can provide anything and everything (within reason) to make their stay more enjoyable. Just because we’re a property provider doesn’t mean we only provide properties. Intrigued?
Working from ‘Home’
The world has changed. With more of our clients needing the flexibility to work outside of the office, we know it’s important to provide the facilities to make this feasible. Wherever possible, we will equip each residence with a desk and high-speed internet access for video calling. We also offer a range of business-related services, including printing, typing and translation assistance.

Where we can, we aim to enrich our guests’ experience by offering a comprehensive range of services and facilities in the building they’re staying. These might include:

Safety First
The health, safety and well-being of our guests, clients and staff is a top priority. As such, we have adopted a range of health and safety policies and measures to ensure their protection.
