COVID-19 Safe
Our housekeeping team is fully trained in the required COVID-19 cleaning and sanitising procedures. The correct PPE is worn and guidelines are followed to the letter. Not only will apartments be cleaned and sanitised to the highest standard, so too will the communal areas in the building. If you find that you need to self-isolate, rest assured that you’ll be comfortable and well looked-after in a Portico residence.
Building & Apartment Security
The apartments in our portfolio are all located in desirable, safe areas. Each building has been security-assessed and has passed with flying colours. However, it all starts with being in the right place, and we turn down more properties as Portico Residences than we accept, partly on their location and the ‘would our respective mothers like it?’ test!
Personal Safety
Multiple risk assessments are carried out on each of our residences in order to secure optimum safety. Healthy and safety is considered, as is fire safety, water safety and gas safety.
