It can be difficult to define ‘good service’ but, when you receive it, you know. It’s the difference between wanting to return to a place and wanting to forget you ever went. With us, a warm welcome awaits, and the service that guests receive throughout their stay will be second to none. We will be ever-present, on hand to answer queries, recommend places to explore in the locality and generally ensure that our guests are happy. Where do We Go Above and Beyond?
We care. We care about the safety of our guests, so will personally meet them at their apartment, whatever time of the day or night – there will be no keys left in boxes. We care about the quality of our accommodation, so only the finest beds, linen, furnishings and style will do. We care about making guests’ lives that little bit easier, so aim to provide a space where they can work from their temporary home. Going above and beyond is what we do best. And with our exclusive Portico Concierge service, we’ve even gone one better than that.
Portico Concierge
Through Portico Concierge, we work with our network of local partners to provide an extension to the already-phenomenal service to our guests. It’s designed around the more discerning guests who are looking for that little bit extra, wanting things not included in our standard package. Whether that’s front-row tickets at the theatre, a chauffeur-driven car to work or a private chef to come in and whip up a culinary delight in their apartment, we will do whatever we can to deliver. Guests should think of Portico Concierge as their own private PA, on hand to satisfy their every whim.
